1. Acceptance of Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, jl52, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use jl52 services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on jl52; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any other matter relating to jl52 services. In no event shall jl52's total liability exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8.1 Technical Issues

jl52 is not responsible for any technical failures including internet connection problems, server downtime, software malfunctions, or any other technical issues that may affect your ability to use services. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. jl52 reserves the right to cancel or void any bets or gaming sessions affected by technical errors.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

jl52 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) fraudulent or criminal activity; (d) bonus abuse; (e) underage gambling; (f) failure to complete verification; (g) suspicious or irregular betting patterns; or (h) at jl52's sole discretion without explanation. Upon account closure, you must cease all use of jl52 services immediately.

If your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not involving misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned to you minus any applicable fees or charges, provided you have completed verification and there are no outstanding disputes.

9.1 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gaming, you may voluntarily self-exclude your account for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted via email to our support team. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. You will also be unsubscribed from all promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

10. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. 11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl52 and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. jl52's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without jl52's prior written consent. jl52 may assign these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
